The Expo @ COSHCON is centrally located for maximum interaction and exposure. There are two dedicated Expo sessions with product demos, interactive booths and a passport contest (with prizes!) as well as opportunities during breaks for one on one meetings.
Meet our distinct, bi-lingual audience of approximately 300 workers, union members and leadership, workplace safety advocates, young and veteran academic, public health and legal professionals and occupational health and safety activists - all of whom are motivated to implement strategies for the highest levels of workplace protections.
Exhibitors include government agencies such as OSHA and The National Clearinghouse for Worker Safety and Health Training (NIEHS); companies with innovative safety products and equipment; unions and nonprofits with workplace health and safety campaigns as well as academic programs focused on worker health and safety.

Please email Susi Nord with the name and email address of your booth staff and clarify with whom you would like us to be in contact with information and updates about your participation. Each booth purchased includes full conference attendance for only one person per day. Additional staff will need to register and pay for the conference.
Promotion
We would like to help promote your participation in The Expo @ COSHCON2025! Please send us your logo for our web page and the passport. (A square version works best for our purposes.) Additionally, please send us a BRIEF description of your booth of approximately 25 words for the conference app listing.
Set-up
Banner Ads
If you paid for a banner ordered a Premium package that includes an ad in our conference app, it should be a JPG or PNG that is 600 pixels wide x 100 pixels tall. This needs to be received by September 22nd. There are some examples of banners from last year below.
